EFUSA is pleased to provide you with the a letter from Tyco confirming their acceptance of the Grease Lock System for use with their fire suppression systems.
The acceptance by Tyco is an additional confirmation of the safety benefits of the GLS and supplements the various certifications previously received from Intertek/ETL regarding the listing to UL Std 1046 as well as the Sanitation Listing and Toxicology Reports confirming compliance with NSF Std 2 and NSF Std 51 ANSI. Should you need copies of any of the referenced certification/listing reports please contact your local distributor or an EFUSA representative directly.

Ellis Fibre USA ("EFUSA") entered an agreement with a kitchen ventilation specialist, in the United Kingdom, to develop a national installation & distribution channel for the Grease Lock System ("GLS") using certified kitchen maintenance operators. Ellis Fibre USA is proud to announce that it has contracted with Extechnology, who is based in London, to provide Master Distribution services for the Grease Lock System. As a Master Distributor for EFUSA and the Grease Lock System, Extechnology will be providing marketing services to introduce the GLS to the UK market. Additionally, Extechnology will provide education, training, sales, marketing and distribution support for the GLS. Here, the Grease Lock System was presented to many AHJ’s (authorities having jurisdiction) from across the country in the Cracker Barrel round-table meeting which was lead by a regulatory and code compliance consultant, Jay Parikh.

In mid September, Ellis Fibre USA officially brought the Grease Lock System international. Mitchells and Butlers, a leading restaurant group in the United Kingdom, opened their arms to the new GL technology after being introduced to it by Extechnology, a kitchen exhaust specialty group. Ellis Fibre USA announces that it has recently completed installations of the Grease Lock System in locations throughout Florida, Delaware, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Kansas, Texas, and Louisiana. The recently installed sites had a variety of national restaurant brands including the TGI Friday's, Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebee's, Copeland's of New Orleans, Famous Dave's BBQ, and Southern Trace Country Club (a ClubCorp property).

EFUSA managers and also the Managing Director from our Ellis Fibre New Zealand manufacturing facility, Glenn Alexander, attended the NAFEM 2011 Show in Orlando, Florida, February 10-12, 2011. Attendance at the NAFEM Show was immediately following a very successful exhibit of the Grease Lock System at the RFMA 2011 Expo earlier the same week in Long Beach, California. EFUSA had an opportunity to meet with many of its customers at RFMA and also introduced the GLS to many new restaurant operators.

Ellis Fibre USA announces that completed installations and orders which are pending installation for its disposable grease removal device, the Grease Lock System now exceeds 390 sites in 21 states.
Ellis Fibre USA has received orders from a large Texas-based supermarket chain to install the Grease Lock System at all of its locations in the 1st quarter of 2011.

Ellis Fibre USA announces that completed installations and orders for its 2nd generation disposable grease removal device, the Grease Lock System have now exceeded 200 sites in over 20 states.
Ellis Fibre USA also has announced that it has entered an agreement with an Exhaust System Service Provider to develop a national installation & distribution channel for the Grease Lock System using certified kitchen exhaust cleaning operators. More information on this exciting new distribution channel will be coming in early 2011!
